Data we process in the app

FixList stores project names, room names, fix details, and photos on-device so the app can function. This data is not uploaded to FixList servers.

Analytics

FixList uses PostHog for in-app product analytics. Analytics events are designed not to include user-entered free text such as project notes or photo content.

The website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand traffic and improve content. Google may use cookies and similar technologies for this purpose.

Where data is stored

Project data and photos are stored locally on your device by default. Exported reports are generated on-device. FixList does not upload your project photos or notes to FixList servers.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete projects in-app, which removes associated fixes and photos from the app database. Website and analytics data is retained according to provider settings and legal obligations.
